Nero amongst others need it. Having a problem logging in? The thing is, wodim never tries to open that pathname. Cannot open SCSI driver! Check This Out

I was able to burn CD's.
I've also brought this issue to the distribution's maintainer for his action.

Note this is on 12.04 but should apply to your version as well. It would be great if that can be fixed. I still read through most of it, just for the sake of knowledge.(without learning that much sadly i am pretty new to the world of linux). Are you new to LinuxQuestions.org?
