You saved me from insanity! I really was having trouble with getting back into my calendar after running a filter so this absolutely took care of my problem. In the email that opens, type the name of the person in your organization that you want to share your calendar with in the To box. GuestI don't really understand how Outlook works at all.

Secondly, are you using active directory? I have the abiltiy to share my calendars, but when I look up the calendar from another PC, I only have access to the DEFAULT calendar.
