This server has installed Windows Server 2003 R2 running in Windows 2003 native mode, Isa Server 2006 and Exchange 2003. Covered by US Patent. There is only 1 site listed on my IIS admin panel and it refuses to start, telling me that another website may be using the port. Thanks for all your help!

So I read that this was a fix for it and sure enough it worked.., but it seems to have left other probs... You want to change servers or your server has crashed and you need to reapply the Terminal Server Licenses.

Make sure that you do not try to register duplicate application URLs in the ApplicationHost.config or Web.config files. The problem is WSUS. The site has been disabled. have a peek at these guys I just don't understand how the SP changed and added ports to the various sites...

When it is installed, you have the option of using a different website and port for it. Data: 0000: b7 00 07 80 ·.. It is not being cause by the sharepoint site (different ports) or my online site No: The information was not helpful / Partially helpful. In other words, don't install SP2 without the SBS-specific wrapper unless you know exactly what you are doing.
