Was asked to format as FAT32 then plug in to format ast EXT3, so I don't know what type the EXT3 partition was. When I booted back into Windows 7 and put the Tevion in a USB slot, Windows 7 said it needed to be formated before I could use it, so I again Glad you like it! If you don't have the Humax custom firmware installed, your can do the "dd" on a linux box, but just be careful with the /dev/sdx device name - read the fdisk Satellites use both vertical and horizontal polarisation. The Humax recognises there is a drive there but can't read any content on it. Ext2 IFS doesn't support inodes larger than 128 BYTES. It does read in .ts files and allows editing of the video such as cutting out adverts etc.
